SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER, ALMATY

(INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY)

Requirements:

Analytical thinking and multitask management.

Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Logistics.

At least 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management processes preferably in FMCG.

English - FLUENT.

Developed coordination, planning and management skills, high result orientation.

Experienced in team management and strong interpersonal-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provides the Company's divisions with inventory in accordance with the budget and ensures that they have a full stock of goods.
• Monitors the quality of services provided by supplier companies, organizes safe and appropriate transportation of goods to the divisions in accordance with legal requirements.
• Monitors fast-selling items and ensures adequate inventory is available to maximize sales opportunities.
• On an ongoing basis, analyzes sales results and makes forecasts for future periods.
• Deals with claims.
• Controls the movement of goods between warehouses and stores. Controls the timely delivery of goods to the subdivisions.
• If necessary, participates in meetings with managers of retail facilities to ensure effective interaction.
• Inventory, stock allocation management with planning team (physical vs system stock accuracy cross check, planning reports)
• Performing stock checks and necessary stock transfers to ensure product availability at the highest level in stores
• Ensuring that routing and shipment plans with stores are made in a timely and efficient manner
• Maximizing the service level, demands and responding the complaints of stores
• Efficiency project management with stores.
• Quality assurance standards management.
• Organizes the informing of managers of retail facilities and personnel of retail facilities about products and new arrivals through a specially organized communication channel.
• Interacts with the Brand managers in order to minimize the risks of the absence of necessary goods at retail outlets.
