looking for Recruitment Manager

Обязанности:

• Minimizing staff turnover and Updating recruiting procedures;
• Supervising the recruitment team and tracking recruiting metrics;
• Upgrading or/and implementing new sourcing methods;Advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques. Being updated on labor legislation;
• Participating in job fairs and building professional networks to attract potential candidates;
• Effectively managing the recruitment process and ensuring the company hires the right talent;
• Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures;Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance;
• Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire).

• Higher education;

• Experience in recruiting and personnel management (from 2-3 years);

• Understanding of trends in the labor market, knowledge of industry specifics and recruitment methods;

• Excellent communication skills, ability to find a common language with candidates and hiring managers;

• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruiting tools.

• Regular business trips;

• Work from the office;
• Fixed salary + bonus.
