Atlas Copco AirPower Central Asia LLP have an excellent opportunity available for a HRM. Atlas Copco has a long history of hiring engaged, productive employees, and we’re looking for a human resources manager to continue this tradition. This is a local position (citizen of Kazakhstan, resident of Almaty city).
Mission. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the Company's goals and business strategy; ensuring compliance with applicable Local laws and regulations, including Health&Safety regulations and rules; ensuring the implementation of the Atlas Copco Group’s people initiatives. Drive HR activities to keep and improve a strong and clear image of our employer brand, including encouraging internal mobility, gender diversity, effective employee development & engagement initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage the staffing process (recruiting, interviewing, selection, hiring and onboarding, administration).

Support managers in hiring the best talent through competence-based recruitment process and provide new employees a smooth onboarding.

Promote Atlas Copco culture with strong focus on diversity and inclusion as key enablers.

Ensuring that workplace environments aren't just operational, but are also safe, adhere strictly to regulations, and are devoid of any potential hazards.

Develop and implement performance review and competence development processes in line with People Management strategy ('People & Culture within Atlas Copco'/ 'The Way We Do Things'). Support management in developing a strong and sustainable talent pipeline, talent reviews, mentoring programs, conduct exit interview, analyze and close feedback loop with the managers. Assess with managers training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Ensuring that people embrace learning culture by organizing relevant competence development programs in collaboration with Holding Learning Academy.
- Maintain and enhance pay plan and employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, vacation; keep them up to date.
- Identify, recommend and implement improvements to internal policies, SOP in line with ISO standards and Atlas Copco Group's requirements.
- Ensuring that all company policies, guidelines are applied consistently, including HR policies and procedures. Managing and monitoring database of the Company's intergated management system (IMS hub).
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Ensure that the organization in both Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan complies with Atlas Copco Group's regulations and Local Labor and Health&Safety laws in both regions by conducting investigations and maintaining correct records. Ensure legal compliance through proper human resource management.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
- Establish employee communication platform to continuously enhance employee relationship (staff forums, 1:1 meeting, workshops). Formulate and drive various employee engagement and retention initiatives (employee survey - INSIGHT, team buildings and other social events). Check effectiveness of the employee engagement initiatives, conduct surveys and discuss outcomes with respective managers for corrective action plans.

Report HR performance indicators according to Group metrics (GPS, Power BI, People Analytics).
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Participate and contribute in the HR initiatives/projects. To take lead for corporate initiatives, interactions with educational institutions and organize job fairs.
- Managing and maintaining Sustainability reporting (Environmental, Business Partner, etc.) monthly and quarterly; accountable to gather data and to keep supportive documentation; analyze data to ensure quality and explain deviations.
Required skills and qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ethical mindset.
- Highly self-motivated professional with excellent facilitation, time management, communication and inter-personal skills.
- Familiarity with HR software. Expertise in data visualization, analytics and presentation tools (Power BI, HRLink, Polaris, SAP, Excel).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of national laws of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan related to HR, Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental.
- Minimum 5 years of solid practical work experience with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources.
- Proficiency in three languages: Russian, English (both spoken and written) and Kazakh (minimum spoken).
