Junior Brand Manager Kinder (maternity leave)

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of short- and long-term marketing strategies for the assigned category, based on company goals and local market conditions.
• Prepare communication materials for trade and media channels.
• Supervise the development of packaging design and adaptations.
• Maintain regular cross-functional collaboration, including communication with the global office in Luxembourg.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of brand communication strategies, including creative development, adaptation, and execution of the full marketing mix.
• Work closely with creative and media agencies across the full range of brand marketing tasks.
• Monitor market developments, consumption trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
• Support the Trade Marketing and Category Management teams in the execution of brand strategies. Collaborate closely with Key Account teams on key trade initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Brand Management or Consumer Marketing in leading FMCG companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think both conceptually and creatively.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, capable of working with minimal supervision.
• High energy and passion for driving growth in a dynamic, competitive environment.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage.
