About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage compensation structures and benefit programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonuses for all locations (ex: Cyprus, Kazakhstan, UAE and others).
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits remain competitive.
- Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, etc.).
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to provide advice on salary offers, promotions, and internal mobility.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Lead annual compensation review processes, including merit increases and bonus allocations.
- Communicate compensation and benefits policies clearly and effectively to employees.
- Analyze compensation trends, identify risks, and propose solutions for optimization.
- Support payroll team with compensation-related data as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits, ideally with Europe (Cyprus), UAE and CIS.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are an advantage.
