Functional responsibilities:

• Planning, evaluating, and monitoring the training and development activities of
  employees

• Implementing the university's talent pipeline development system

• Identifying the necessary requirements for training employees to develop or modify
  existing training programs

• Standardizing the schedule and procedures for training programs (seminars, workshops,
  etc.) based on the provided information about the identified needs for learning

• Establishing procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs
  (seminars, workshops, etc.) and assessing the performance of trainers and employees
  who have completed the training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in the relevant sphere is highly preferred
• Excellent writing and communication skills in Kazakh, Russian, and English languages
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Working conditions:

• Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Working hours: full time (08:30-17:30), lunchtime 1 hour
