Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for all accounting procedures, financial reporting, and tax compliance in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal accounting policies.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial records and statements in alignment with both local standards and IFRS.

• Supervise accounting operations across all departments and company branches, including fixed assets, inventories, cash flow, and budgeting.

• Oversee the development and implementation of accounting procedures, internal controls, and documentation workflows.

• Monitor compliance with internal policies, corporate standards, and tax legislation, ensuring correct and timely calculation and payment of all required taxes, insurance contributions, and bank payments.

• Manage the timely preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data related to assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.

• Support the Finance Director with business planning, financial analysis, and operational decision-making.

• Coordinate inventories and audits of fixed assets, and ensure proper handling of supporting documentation and data processing.

• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring adherence to group principles, performance standards, and compliance procedures.

• Contribute to the company’s long-term financial stability and operational effectiveness by promoting financial discipline and efficient accounting practices.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting under IFRS.

• Certified Professional Accountant qualification.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Navision) is an advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or related role.

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or B2B companies.
