About the Company:

ASL Kazakhstan is part of the international group Link Worldwide, specializing in trade marketing solutions. We develop and supply creative marketing materials for FMCG clients, including POSM displays, in-store installations, pallets, promotional merchandise, and textiles. Our operations span across multiple countries, involving import/export processes, supplier management, and bidding coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting and tax records in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

• Process and manage primary accounting documentation (invoices, acts, delivery notes, etc.)

• Reconcile accounts with suppliers and clients

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions in 1C

• Reconcile data between 1C and D365 (used by the head office)

• Communicate with the finance department at the head office in Hong Kong

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely receipt of supporting documents and transaction details

Requirements:

• Higher or specialized secondary education in accounting, finance, or economics

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant

• Excellent knowledge of 1C:Accounting

• Strong understanding of Kazakhstan’s accounting and tax legislation

• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills

• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher (for business correspondence and participation in calls with the head office)

• Well-organized, responsible, and able to work in an international environment
