Preparation of Comparison Sheets and Responsibility matrices for Subcontracts agreements
Follow up on Daily Activities and Progress Report of subcontractors and construction team
Prepare daywork sheets as per the contract rates to be submitted to the client.
Read and review the contract terms and conditions for certain extent.
Validate the completed quantities with the contract / revised quantities by the client.
