Your day-to-day
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive LAMP strategy that aligns with brand goals, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements;
- Identify high-potential legal-age meeting points (e.g., bars, clubs, retail spaces) for targeted marketing activities;
- Conduct market research to understand adult consumer preferences and optimize activation locations.
POSM Coordination and Deployment:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate the distribution of POSM to LAMP outlets;
- Ensure timely delivery and proper installation of POSM materials across all designated locations;
- Maintain inventory of POSM, track usage, and manage restocking processes.
Branding Implementation:
- Develop and execute branding strategies tailored to LAMP outlets, in alignment with the company's marketing objectives;
- Supervise the implementation of branding elements to ensure they are consistent with the company’s visual identity and messaging standards.
Plug ins and Brand Activation Management:
- Plan and oversee plug ins and brand activations at selected LAMPs, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand standards, platform and objectives;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design consumer experiences that drive engagement and brand loyalty;
- Monitor the execution of activities to ensure they are effective, compliant, and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with venue key trade partners, and third-party vendors;
- Collaborate with sales and brand marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and consumer outreach.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure all activities comply with local laws, marketing regulations, and the company’s internal guidelines related to the promotion of tobacco products;
- Conduct regular audits of LAMP activations to ensure adherence to age verification protocols and ethical standards.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate the impact of LAMP activities through key performance indicators (KPIs), such as consumer reach, engagement levels, and ROI;
- Generate reports and insights to inform future activation strategies.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, event management, or consumer engagement, preferably within the FMCG or tobacco industry;
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building partnerships and stakeholder relationships;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights;
- Knowledge of regulatory environments affecting alcohol or tobacco marketing activations will be a plus;
- Knowledge of English from the Upper-Intermediate level.
