Supply Network Planning Expert (Maternity Leave Cover)

We’re looking for Supply Network Planning who will be responsible for ensuring reliable product availability and optimizing service levels, inventory, and supply chain. Supply Network Planning is also responsible for continuously monitoring the flow, informing stakeholders, and taking proactive measures to ensure that agreed targets are met. In doing so, this position helps company commit to the highest standards of patient safety and quality in our products and services and to world-class integrity and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the replenishment planning using SAP system Work with market demand planners to ensure seamless and efficient flow of demand changes information and adopt supply plan accordingly
• Manage inventory and product availability performance to make sure it is in accordance with business strategy, and provide root cause analysis on the supply gap/ excess stock with action plan;
• Work with market sales and source supply chain team on expedite request/demand pull in;
• Conduct what if scenario analysis to facilitate business to make informed decisions;
• Participate in market CMOS meeting to address supply issue for key products - Gap/Excess;
• Manages the planning aspects of the product development lifecycle from introduction of new products to final obsolescence of assigned products;
• Optimize planning parameters to achieve higher service level with lower inventory;
• Solves non-routine issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization;
• Develop and optimize planning processes to meet business objective;

Requirements:

• Prove records of relevant experience min 3-5 years, preferably in Demand Planning, Supply or Production planning;
• Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes;
• Excellent Verbal Communication;
• Ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives;
