Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to oversee and manage our supply chain operations in Food and Beverage department , including logistics and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, a deep understanding of logistics, and proven experience in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
• Optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation and delivery.
• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior supply chain role, with a strong emphasis on logistics and warehouse management.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
