Development and implementation of Commercial Marketing strategy to drive sustainable business growth in key financial KPIs and to ensure market share increase, as well as to improve Company's brand awareness and perception on the territory of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and delivering of the company marketing goals to increase market
  share and profitability by development of local marketing strategy in line with Global/regional marketing strategy.
• Leadership of annual commercial strategy development based on market dynamics and competitors activities.
• Delivery of robust campaign planning process supporting delivery of the budget targets.
• Development of pricing strategy and management of its execution based on market price checks, strategic initiatives and profitability plan. Delivery of disciplined pricing process and its excellence.
• Development and management of Marketing Activation plan including Media/promo campaigns, Product PR and SMM.
• Leadership of local demand and excess planning to ensure accuracy of forecasting.
• Ensuring balanced approach to Consumer and Representative needs by leadership of ICP process.
• Support local digital agenda implementation
• Management and development of local Marketing team

Job Requirements:

• Higher education in Marketing
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial experience in marketing
  environment
• Strong expertise in direct selling and understanding of CFT industry
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Fluent English
