Currently we are looking for:
Sales Director
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan
Purpose of the Position: Managing sales activities, setting and achieving sales targets, enlarging customer base, ensuring high level of service
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and oversee annual and monthly sales budgets, ensuring timely execution and adherence.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual and monthly sales budgets.
- Define target markets, set pricing strategies, and build a product portfolio.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize results.
- Identify potential customers, build long-term business relationships.
- Expand the customer base by attracting and retaining clients.
- Monitor stock levels and address customer needs with timely solutions.
- Handle claims and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress according to company rules.
- Set targets for sales team, control fulfilment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager in wood-based panels, building and finishing materials sphere.
- Very strong communication and negotiations skills. Commercial mindset.
- Strong management skills.
- English is a plus.
- PC literacy: MS Office, USoft
- Readiness for itinerant nature of work.
