As a Store Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that the right products reach the right stores at the right time. Working with cross-functional teams and leveraging market insights, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing product performance, improving customer satisfaction, and driving our global expansion.

Your Focus Areas:

• Analyze store-level sales data to optimize product allocation and ensure a strong related market fit.
• Stay ahead of global and local trends by researching competitor stores, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
• Collaborate with store teams to gather feedback on customer preferences and inform product strategies.
• Partner with product teams to align on customer demand and adapt to market dynamics.
• Drive in-store product performance through stock adjustments, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with international store teams, HQ-based product teams, and stakeholders while communicating effectively in English.
• Use cutting-edge data tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Travel to stores and competitor locations to stay updated on the latest market movements.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
• Experience: Preferably some experience in retail or merchandising, but we welcome fresh perspectives too!
• Passion for fashion, market trends, and understanding customer needs.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in English (required)
• Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable, with a desire to grow in a dynamic, global environment.
