Ernst & Young is looking for Recruitment Specialist:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting direct search of candidates for the positions in Kazakhstan;
- Work with contracts and other documents related to activity of recruitment services providers;
- Forming and updating candidate’s database;
- Testing of candidates;
- Forming and updating tests results archives;
- Vacancies posting on the Firm’s website and other media sources;
- Participation in recruitment events and campaigns;
- Participating in regional recruitment events and campaigns;
- Positioning of the Firm as the best employer on the market.
Requirements:
- University degree in relevant sphere;
- 1-3 years of related professional experience;
- Fluent English;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent teamplayer
