Responsibilities
- Document flow. Receiving and distributing correspondence, compiling reports.
- Coordinating the work of the company's driver, work with courier service.
- Organization of business trips for the employees of the company.
- Purchase of the stationery, water, tea, coffee and other office supplies.
- Providing support to foreign employees (registration, visa application/extension, hotel booking, ticket booking).
- Working with direct Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Higher Education.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Attention to details, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate English level.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
