• PCM is the owner for project plan development and execution management. The PCM organizes efforts to develop the integrated project plan based on the contract and project characteristics, and monitors the plan execution. Be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the plan, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
  1. Formulate project planning rules and organize the output of the project master plan.
  2. Integrate the three-party plan and ensure the connection and feasibility of the master plan and supporting plans.
  3. Organize each professional module to implement the project according to the integrated plan, and be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned data and actual data of the project progress.
  4. Regularly monitor project progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor the closure of the issues.
