Job brief
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
As a PA, you're often a manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation. Tasks are likely to include:
- Handle requests and queries appropriately;
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Make travel arrangements, visa support, booking flight tickets and accommodation;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Dealing with incoming email and post, often correspondence on behalf of the Head.
Skills
In addition to relevant experience and secretarial and administrative knowledge, you'll need to shоwevidence of the following:
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Good organisational and time management skills;
- The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work on your own initiative;
- Honesty and reliability;
- Attention to details;
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines;
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues;
- Knowledge of professional ethics, ability to treat colleagues from different departments with courtesy.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Fluent English and Russian languages, Kazakh language is preferable;
- Good PC user (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Outlook);
- Diligence, attentiveness, accuracy, responsibility, ability to work in stress situations and to work in the team;
- Ability to learn quickly;
