General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of a logistic territory. Assure the SC&L operatios (responsible of transportation, logistic offer and demand planning).
• Assure the evolution of the design of the supply chain within the logistic territory.
• Oversee the supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficient processes.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize distribution and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Manage and oversee DC operations and the team

Key Skills:

• Experience in supply chain not less than 5 years
• Experience in leading the team and driving change
• Knowledge of English and Russian at fluent level is critical, Kazakh language is highly preferable
• Knowledge of Kazakhstan legal norms and regulations in the supply chain area, understanding customs and transport procedures
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
