Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive strategic procurement excellence? We’re looking for a Lead Procurement and Sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, champions innovation, and builds strong partnerships across the supply chain.

What You’ll Be Driving

As a key leader in our procurement team, you’ll:

• Own the process: Manage procurement operations and resolve escalations, ensuring full compliance with regulations and internal standards.
• Be the connector: Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
• Lead audits with confidence: Take charge of audit queries and refine existing processes for continuous improvement.
• Support and mentor: Guide Procurement Coordinators and foster best practices across the team.
• Strategize and execute: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with category goals and deliver measurable impact.
• Negotiate smartly: Craft and adapt negotiation strategies to secure the best commercial and legal outcomes.
• Analyze and anticipate: Use market intelligence, benchmarking, and scenario analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform strategy.
• Engage cross-functionally: Facilitate multi-level stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless procurement operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 5–8 years post-qualification in the mining sector, with at least 2 years in people leadership.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Influence: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in building vendor and customer partnerships.
• Financial Acumen: Solid budgeting and financial management capabilities.
