Your Background at a Glance:

• Bachelor's degree in Law; 3–5 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce
• Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation (marketing, e-commerce, vendors, public offers)
• Solid knowledge of advertising regulations, consumer protection, data privacy, and e-commerce laws
• Experience in claims management (consumer, vendor, fraud, IP-related)
• Familiarity with intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks)
• Fluent English and Russian

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with marketing vendors, media channels, and e-commerce partners (including public offers)
• Provide legal advice on advertising, marketing strategies, e-commerce operations, and personal data compliance
• Support business in consumer rights protection, online trade regulations, bank acquiring, instalment/loan schemes
• Handle consumer, vendor, and IP-related claims, including fraud investigations
• Ensure proper registration and storage of contracts, claims, and court cases in internal systems
• Monitor legal risks, prepare reports for management, and propose preventive solutions
