Microfinance organization "SurfKaz Finance" is a leading microfinance company dedicated to providing financial solutions to individuals and small businesses. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled lawyer to oversee our legal affairs and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on microfinance operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, policies, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, banking regulations, and corporate governance.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations.
• Work closely with HR, finance, and management teams to mitigate risks.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Monitor and interpret evolving financial and labor laws affecting the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in microfinance industry law.
• Experience in microfinance, banking, or financial institutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of local and international financial regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic legal decisions.
