Junior Legal Counsel / Assistant to Legal Department Head

Job requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized institution.

2. Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or commercial law.

3. Languages:

   • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

   • Proficiency in Russian and Kazakh (both written and spoken) is required.

   • Knowledge of Chinese is considered an advantage.

4. Skills:

   • Strong understanding of local legal frameworks in Russia and Kazakhstan.

   • Excellent legal research and drafting skills.

   • Ability to analyze legal issues and provide sound advice.

   • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

   • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Other requirements:

   • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

   • High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.

   • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
