About the company:

A well-known international company with the HQ in Korea and a wide range of operational locations all over the world. The branch of the international company operating in Kazakhstan is providing logistics and other related services to the big production companies.

In the light of the expanding business the company is looking for experienced professionals.

• This is the key HR position on the site. All the day-to-day HR operations on the site will be coordinated by the person on this role

• Provide to the site employees - from senior management to worker - assistance in resolving any personnel related issues, such as,

employee relations,

employee disputes,

work time keeping for payroll,

compliance with employment law requirements,

documentation and recording,

administering appraisal process and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Laws or Human Resources, or other relevant discipline

• 3+ years of work experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator or Senior specialist
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading a team of 1-2 employees

• Decision making and Problem solving skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret laws and data
• Confident user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, 1C, CRM system
• Internal and external customer service awareness
• Verbal and written business communication awareness
• English language – Intermediate: basic communication verbally and via emails
• Kazakh language – confident user: able to write letters and employment documentation

Preferred:

• Work experience in international organizations
• Work experience in newly established organizations
• Work experience in logistics sub industry
• Overall understanding of personnel management, HR functions beyond the ones described in the Duties
• Experience in using HR IS, like SAP or else

Work conditions:

• The position is reporting to the Head of HR

• On the site location in Almaty, Alatau district; during the on-boarding period the work will be located in the main office of the company in NurlyTau business centre with 5/2 schedule

• 6/1 days work week, 8 work hours
