Our stack: we write tests in Kotlin, and use Maven, Appium, Docker, JUnit5, Allure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct automated testing for mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web platforms.
• Write UI and API automated tests using Kotlin, Appium, or other relevant tools.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation for mobile and web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and clarify ambiguities.
• Perform regression testing to ensure product stability after new changes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and provide input on testing scope and needs.
• Analyze test results, document bugs, and work closely with development teams for resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a QA Automation Engineer and 1 year in mobile and web app testing, including cross browser compatibility and responsive design testing
• Proficiency in automated testing systems such as Appium Kotlin Java and Selenium with familiarity in client server principles
• Hands on experience with Android iOS testing including emulators traffic sniffing and OS specific testing
• Competency in API testing using Postman database operations CRUD and basic command line tools such as bash or zsh
• Experience coordinating teams and collaborating across departments to ensure testing workflows are efficient and aligned
• Strong teamwork skills and familiarity with TMS tools like TestOps Jira Slack and Git or Github
