Обязанности:- The tasks of the controller of a company include:
a) Preparing the monthly commercial report
b) Analysing the plausibility of all figures on a regular basis and initiating adaptations, where
required
c) Pro-actively analysing reasons for deviations between actual figures and planned figures, and
providing the commercial director and managing director with relevant information
d) Preparation and submission of the monthly report , the annual report to the Global reporting.
e) Reconciliation Global reporting with local GAAP and differences explanation.
f) Preparing the cash flow forecast g) Preparing the Commercial Audit
h) Calculating key figures for the management report
i) Reviewing the time logging for all staff
j) Calculating COAC rates
k) Supporting the preparation of the annual balance and profit & loss statements
l) Actively preparing the work-in-progress list
m) Harmonizing inter-company-billing as per given cut-off dates
n) Proposing inter-company fee agreements and subsequently preparing fee agreements
o) Intercompany billing
p) Managing bank guarantees
q) Maintaining an overview of project audits
r) Preparing ad-hoc reports upon the request of management or the GMB In case there are
significant deviations from the planning figures with regard to liquidity and the economic result, the
controller informs the managing director and the commercial director of the company, so that the
corresponding countermeasures can be initiated in good time.
A more comprehensive and detailed description of the tasks of a company controller is given in
the ILF Controller Manual that is valid for all companies of the ILF Group
- • Experience in financial reporting, financial planning
• Experience in data gathering, analysis and presentation
• Being familiar with accounting systems (1C would be a plus).
• Experience with ERP Systems (SAP, Maconomy Deltek would be a plus)
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Power Point
• Independent, flexible and capacity for teamwork
• Ability to prioritize and attend to multiple assignments while adhering to strict deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, high energy and enthusiasm.
• Experience in the Consulting / Engineering Consulting sector, Big 4 would be considered a plus
Education: Bachelor degree (accounting, financial-economic) is minimum requirement. Master degree preferred.
Language skills: Russian and English, Kazakh are mandatory.
Knowledge: IFRS, Taxation, Budgeting
Professional experience: Min 5 years,
