KPMC Ltd is a start-up between the largest logistics companies in Singapore and Kazakhstan. We are a rapidly growing company that provides transport services and develops the Middle Corridor.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt and distribution of the company's cash flows, maintain liquidity and ensure the timely fulfillment of the company's obligations;
- Analyze the structure of financial flows and propose methods to improve their efficiency;
- Ensure the timely fulfillment of financial obligations to counterparties, government agencies and the company's personnel;
- Develop annual and quarterly budgets of the company, including operating and capital expenditures, and monitor their implementation;
- Regularly assess the compliance of actual expenses with approved budgets, analyze deviations and prepare reports for the company's management;
- Look for ways to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency, provide recommendations for improving expense items;
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with legal requirements and the company's internal standards;
- Conduct analysis of key financial indicators, including profitability, liquidity and cost effectiveness, and present the results to management;
- Prepare management reports for making strategic decisions, reflecting the current financial position and forecasts;
- Ensure tax optimization within the framework of the legislation, analyze the taxable base and develop strategies to minimize the company's tax costs;
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all tax obligations, including filing tax reports and paying taxes;
- Coordinate inspections and interaction with tax authorities, prepare the necessary documents and certificates, assist in resolving tax issues;
- Coordinate and ensure preparation for internal and external audits, providing complete and accurate documentation;
- Implement recommendations provided as a result of audits and develop measures to eliminate identified violations.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Finance and/or Accounting;
- Proven track record of managing Finance teams;
- Relevant education (Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting);
- Hands-on approach and growth mindset;
- Experience as Finance Manager in logistics would be an advantage;
- Proactive, responsible, attentive to details;
- English – fluent written and spoken.
