Power Bridge is a Kazakhstan-based company aspiring to become a leader in green energy. We are actively developing and implementing innovative solutions in the field of renewable energy, focusing on sustainable development and minimizing environmental impact. Our projects include the construction and operation of hydroelectric power plants and wind generators. We collaborate with the world's leading energy companies and aim to establish long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop strategic relationships with current investors, ensuring high-quality interaction and meeting their needs.
• Deepen and strengthen contacts with potential investors with whom we are already engaged, demonstrating the company's opportunities and prospects.
• Proactively search for and attract new investors, ensuring the necessary funding for the implementation of the company’s ambitious projects.
• Manage the process of closing deals and attracting investments to support the company's growth and sustainable development.
• Develop and present analytical reports and financial presentations reflecting the company’s key achievements and financial performance.
• Organize and conduct high-level meetings, conferences, and other events aimed at strengthening investor relations.
• Actively interact with leading global companies, including European and Asian investors who shоwstrategic interest in the company’s projects.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the company’s financial indicators and present them in a clear and convincing manner to investors.
• Collaborate with the CFO to develop and evaluate financial models, ensuring transparency and accuracy of data.
• Take full responsibility for managing investor relations, implementing best practices and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract investments and maintain long-term and sustainable relationships with investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations or corporate finance, preferably with international investors.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, facilitating effective interaction with investors at all levels.
• Deep understanding of financial information and the ability to present it in an accessible and convincing manner to investors.
• Experience working with financial models and understanding key factors influencing investment decisions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the field of investor relations.
• High proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• CFA certification is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and build effective professional relationships.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information.
• High level of responsibility, self-organization, and result-orientation.
• Genuine interest in sustainable development and environmental projects
