• Speak Up process support in area of responsibility. Evaluation of new cases; conduct assessment of incoming cases in terms of severity and type of violation; case preparation for review by Compliance Director. Once approved for further distribution of cases to the designated investigator(s); record cases in Case Management System;
• Control Environment Council (CEC) support;
• New processes roll out support. Participation in the design and implementation of new processes (support of implementation of remedial measures with regard to any gaps in the design of controls); support roll out of new Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) process). Delivery of trainings to employees regarding compliance issues (TPDD, Speak Up, CoI);
• Reporting;
• Third party due diligence;
• Evaluation of new CoI disclosures. Coordination of case review by responsible functions;
• Participation in Compliance Projects. Performance of root cause analysis and identification of potential gaps/improvements in compliance with the PepsiCo Way and Global Code of Conduct;
• Design of specific training to cover business needs;
• Carry out C&E Risk Assessments to area of responsibility;
• Support of the Franchise business and implementation of the ABAC Due Diligence Framework;
• Support of CAPEX construction projects.

• Education: university degree in Finance / Economics / Legal;
• Experience: at least 5 years Compliance/Audit/Forensic consulting or audit field in high profile companies, at least 3 years in audit / internal control, experience in “big 4” auditing or FMCG companies is a must;
• Additional knowledge: Local accounting and tax legislation, US GAAP;
• Languages: Russian - fluent, English – fluent reading and writing skills, advanced spoken skills;
• Soft skills: Microsoft office advance user (Excel / Word / PP), advanced user of Visio;
• Other: excellent communication skills, excellent writing skills (ability to write procedures).
