Key duties/responsibilities:

• Interact and control external accounting company in accounting and compliance processes/taxes/document management
• Coordinate and reconcile Monthly KZ (IFRS) GL short closing management, preparation of BSPLCF statements
• Strong KZ (IFRS) knowledge, accounting and tax methodology development for new business scenarios, support business requests
• Review, investigate, and correct misstatements and inconsistencies in accounting entries, documents, and reports.
• Review and approve regular payments/deposit placements/Currency control management
• Internal and external audits management during financial and operational audits
• Responsible for all tax obligation + Statistic: Control tax returns preparation, submission and payments according to tax legislation arranged by external service company (CIT, VAT, WHT, Transport, Property taxes and etc.)
• Regular tax authority reconciliation, set-off of overpayments against taxes payable
• All types of Tax Audits management (desk, field, cross and etc)
• Tax review of contracts
• Knowledge and understanding of transfer pricing principles. Assistance in preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Strong monitoring of accounting and tax legislation changes and reviewing impact to business, assures of compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations, and laws
• Staff management (approx. 1-2 subordinates)
• Assist with annual budgets preparation including Taxes forecasting
• Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all accounting/tax information in Financial Statements.
• Knowledge of specifics in customs uniоnEAEU)

Requirements:

• Relevant academic background (finance / accounting)
• Minimum 5 years of experience on Deputy Chief Accountant or Chief Accountant position
• Perfect KZ /IFRS knowledge (methodology, statutory reporting)
• Experience in ERP systems implementation
• English - Upper - Intermediate
• Ability to manage statutory audits, tax audits as well as internal audits
• Communicative and open person who is willing to develop
