Summary of the job:

Business Insights Lead is responsible for handling Business Insights (BI) key activities focusing on Therapeutic Area of Scope across AMET with regional hub’s strong collaboration to bring key business insights to the attention of relevant stakeholders & to help driving successful business strategies & to prepare context for business reviews, country deep dive sessions, monthly performance meetings .

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • BIL will serve the therapeutic area and brands’ business imperatives in an integrated manner, plan and coordinate the response to the key business questions for the brand/therapeutic area, by synergizing the skills and competencies in the fields of Market Research, Analytics, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence under the leadership of regional BI Team.
  • BIL will support the Market research activities from Planning, selection of vendor, oversight of fieldwork, analysis and presentation to Business Units all while ensuring full Compliance and following SOPs defined & lead by Russian OpCo.
  • BIL will liaise between OpCos. Core Value Teams (CVTs) & B&D HUB AMET, EMEA BI teams for better strategic alignment, formulating Brand/s assumptions & competitive landscape understanding.
  • Supports the development of the Brand Value Plan through synthesizing insights from all channels to incorporate a 360o view of the internal and external environment and develop recommendations for business actions.
  • Has a critical responsibility of Brand/s performance tracking at a cluster level (through Monthly performance dashboard) & regional level (regional quarterly dashboard, Launch alignment … ) as well as improving the analytics through using different tools ( Market Audit , Market researches , Patients Trackers , CIE database , Digital platforms & other Competitive Intelligence data sources) in line with B&D HUB AMET.
  • Supports in forecasting, building Brand/Therapeutic area assumptions & works closely with CVTs on Key business questions identification & answering.
  • Proactively detects business needs and data gap & works through CVTs to plan & implement projects to serve these business needs.
  • Proactively liaises with B&D HUB AMET, EMEA BI teams and other Center of Excellence- BI teams to share best practice, benchmarking & ensure processes harmonization
Digital Transformation responsibilities:
  • Developing, managing, and updating content for various digital platforms (content stack) & SFMC
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT, marketing, medical, and technical development, to ensure the seamless integration of our platform’s content and maintaining our platform performance
  • Prepare monthly digital performance reports

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline, preferably with healthcare, economic, mathematical or statistical elements background.
  • Experience: Significant personal experience and achievements in Analytics / Performance Reporting, insights delivery.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data into insights and correlating different data sets
  • Strong Experience in Market Research and working with Agencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Advanced level skillset of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced experience in Customer/stakeholder management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Good understand of the content management systems (CMSs) moderation principals such as WordPress.
  • Good Knowledge of the following coding languages: HTML, CSS. JavaScript, SQL & jQuery is preferable.
  • Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
