Responsibilities:

• Placement and tracking of dispatch orders until reaching the partners. Subsequent document flow.
• Tracing and working with partners portals (complaint, etc)
• Organization of shipping process on different type of transport.
• Payment tracking . Subsequent document flow.
• Weekly and ad hoc reports preparation (expenses, forecasts, depletion, balance check etc)
• Partners’ Stock management
• Participating in organizational part in concluding agreements, contracts, addendums.
• Export/Import, customs and transport legislation are appreciated.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Finance, Management, Economics)
• Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level is required, SAP
• English- Upper Intermediate or higher (speaking and writing)
• Planning and Supply Chain expirience
• High level of interpersonal skills, organization and planning, ability to work both in a team and independently, responsibility, analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and efficiency.
