Обязанности:

Manage the end-to-end operational processes for export shipments via rail from Kazakhstan.
Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, railway operators, and other relevant partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including but not limited to shipping instructions and transportation documents.
Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any potential issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and operational activities.
Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across various communication channels (e.g., email, phone, virtual meetings, messenger apps).
Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and railway procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Требования:

Bachelor's degree (any field).
Demonstrated understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, preferably with experience in rail transportation.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Working proficiency in English is essential.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with export documentation and procedures is a plus.
