Main Responsibilities:

• Posting daily AP transactions in QuickBooks.
• Preparing weekly payment schedules.
• Reconcile AP transactions and communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and request supporting documentation for any questionable expense issues.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and aging reports are accurate.
• Support month-end closing procedures by ensuring the timely posting of transactions, reconciliation, and AP documentation.
• Assist in collecting AP-related data for the tax package.
• Support audits by providing the requested documentation and support
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance control over company expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and applicable tax regulations.
• Performing other tasks within the scope of the responsibilities listed above.
• Positive attitude and professionalism

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Proficiency with accounting ERP (QuickBooks, preferably)
• Good communication in English (at least B1–C1 level) for email and phone communication with colleagues in the US/Canada
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team, demonstrate initiative, and shоwloyalty to colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively, multitasking, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
