Your Impact:

• Accurate Financial Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including tax and financial reports, in alignment with company policies and deadlines.

• Automation & Efficiency: Lead the automation and optimization of key reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in preparing financial documents and reports.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain a high standard of financial recordkeeping by monitoring and controlling all company financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

• Cost Control & Budgeting: Oversee budget execution and cost management, identifying opportunities to optimize expenses and drive financial efficiency.

• Audit & Compliance Support: Facilitate internal and external audit processes, ensuring financial activities align with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

• Collaboration: Work closely with banks, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations.

About You:

• Experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the IT sector or large companies, and are familiar with the unique financial needs of such environments.

• Educational Background: You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Additional certifications such as CAP, CIPA, or similar are highly valued.

• Technical Proficiency: You are highly skilled in accounting software (such as 1C, Business Central), Excel (including advanced functions and formulas), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

• International Standards Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS), ensuring compliance with global financial regulations.

• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Your attention to detail and ability to organize complex financial information make you a reliable asset for financial decision-making and reporting.

• Proactive & Efficient: You are proactive in improving processes, ensuring timely reporting, and maintaining high standards of financial governance across all operations.
