This position works out of our Almaty location in the Nutrition division.

As the Tender manager, you’ll have the chance to be responsible for tender sales in Kazakhstan.

Requirements:

• Medical or Pharmaceutical high education is preferred
• Working experience in the tender channel from 2 years
• Knowledge of tender procurement mechanics, writing technical specifications for the product
• Experience of working with medical institutions and health departments in KZ
• Understanding of the client base, target clients and specialized medical institutions
• Negotiation skills, analytical skills
• Team player.

What will you do:

• Monitoring of tender platforms and searching for suitable purchases
• Organization and implementation of procurement procedures by various types of legal entities
• Preparation and submission of applications for participation in tenders
• Conducting negotiation with decision makers
• Conducting seminars and conferences for the purpose of sales development; events for doctors and healthcare personnel, organizing activities for the purpose of brand recognition and increasing loyalty to it
• Planning, coordination of the budget and sales, control of their implementation
• Control of contracts execution according to the deadlines and agreed delivery volumes
• Working with contracts, preparing protocols and additional agreements with partners
• Preparing of reports, business reviews and sales analytics
