Key Tasks and Responsibilities

2-1. Customer Service & Product Experience

• Welcome and assist visitors in line with the company’s customer-service manual, responding appropriately to browsing, purchasing, and complaint situations.
• Introduce explanatory materials, products, and promotional trial items, and guide customers through product demonstrations and hands-on experiences.

• 2-2. Sales & POS Operation

• Operate the company POS system for sales transactions, including discounted sales, payment processing, and returns.
• Support goods receipt and dispatch on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and assist with daily sales closing as directed.

• 2-3. Promotions & Events

• Prepare for and execute scheduled and ad-hoc in-store events and promotions in line with their intended purpose, and provide operational feedback afterward.

• 2-4. Store Cleanliness, Safety & Security

• Keep the store clean and presentable to welcome visitors.
• Support regular safety checks and report any risks (e.g., fire, falling or broken items), and help safeguard assets by observing CCTV and secured-storage procedures and strict open/close routines.

• 2-5. Issue Handling, Reporting & Communication

• Respond to consumer issues regarding product damage or defects in accordance with company policy, escalating to the Store Manager where required.
• Provide regular activity reporting (sales and customer interactions), introduce customers to official communication channels, build rapport, and perform duties in line with applicable KPIs.

  Key Requirements

  3.1 Requied:

• Minimum 6 months of on-site retail/store experience.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a high sense of responsibility.
• Sociable and approachable, with strong reporting and communication skills.
• A clean record of store and asset management, with no history of negligence resulting in theft or loss.
