Обязанности:

• Manage the daily operations and content of the brand’s official social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Plan, edit, and publish social media content, including graphics and short videos, that aligns with the brand’s image.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, and enhance fan engagement and brand affinity.
• Monitor social media account performance metrics (e.g., views, likes, engagement rates), analyze content performance, and optimize operational strategies.
• Compile operational data regularly and prepare summary reports using Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations.

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiar with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and experienced in content creation and operations.
• Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of creating English content and engaging with international followers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with basic data organization and analysis skills.
• Creative, with strong writing skills and aesthetic sense; familiarity with short video editing tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in social media operations or relevant internships is preferred.
