Responsibilities

• Search and screen suitable social media influencers (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) that align with the brand’s positioning and target audience.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring effective communication.
• Invite influencers to post content or short videos related to the brand, coordinating content creation to meet brand requirements.
• Track performance metrics of influencer content, such as views, likes, and comments, analyze collaboration effectiveness, and provide feedback.
• Assist in developing social media marketing strategies, compile collaboration data, and prepare reports using Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiar with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and knowledgeable about influencer collaboration models.
• Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of communicating with international influencers via email or online.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with basic data organization and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Prior experience in social media marketing, influencer collaborations, or relevant internships is preferred.
