Your day-to-day:

• Monitor finished goods inventory at the factory and trigger to adjust the production plan if any risks of OOS
• Oversee stock levels at distributor warehouses, taking action to prevent product shortages.
• Verify the accuracy of orders received from distributors.
• Allocate product volumes for marketing projects and ensure correct and timely shipping of project products to distributor warehouses.
• Launch new products in the market and phase out products in accordance with approved plans.
• Reporting: for the finance department, regional distribution, factory, and distributor.
• Create sales entries in SAP for product sales from the factory to the distributor (sales orders, deliveries, invoices).
• Inform distributors of price changes, manage discounts, and monitor discount issuance.
• Maintain the functionality of work tools and develop new tools and reports as needed.
• Lead or act as a SME in OCS or joint projects with Operations or Commercial or other functions e.g. Customer collaboration.
• Continuously search to optimize the processes, address any changes via standard process building aligned with all involved parties.
• Lead Service Delivery KPIs as a Champion to ensure objectives achievement.

Who we're looking for:

• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) and SQL.
• Experience with Power BI.
• English language skills: Upper-intermediate or higher.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset.
• Initiative, independence, and ability to act in uncertain conditions.
• Quick learner, focused on continuous improvement, and flexible thinking.
