We are looking for an experienced Senior Static Equipment Engineer to support engineering, design, and technical assurance for static/mechanical equipment within a major gas pipeline project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and approve design documentation for static equipment (vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, filters, separators, etc.)

• Prepare and review specifications, data sheets, material requisitions, and technical bid evaluations

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry codes (ASME, API, PED), and safety standards

• Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, inspection, installation, and commissioning

• Coordinate with process, piping, civil, and project teams to ensure design integration

• Resolve technical issues with vendors and contractors and participate in design reviews (HAZOP, model reviews)

• Support equipment integrity assessments and ensure quality throughout fabrication and delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years' experience in static equipment engineering in oil & gas or pipeline projects

• Strong knowledge of ASME VIII, API 650/620/660/661, and related industry standards

• Experience preparing equipment specifications and performing mechanical design calculations

• Familiarity with fabrication, QA/QC, vendor management, and site support

• Strong communication and coordination skills
