• higher legal education
• knowledge of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including in the field of aviation activities, knowledge of civil and labor legislation
• knowledge of English at the level of upper-intermediate
• ability to work in multitasking mode, stress resistance, excellent communication skills

What do we expect you to do?

• working with natural monopolies, tariff regulations, and/or publicly important markets
• engaging with state bodies on issues related to natural monopolies and price regulations.
• expertise in regulatory frameworks and legislative development.
• negotiating with government authorities and supporting legislative proposals.
• in-depth knowledge of Kazakhstan's Entrepreneurial Code, the Law on Natural Monopolies, and related by-laws.
• the ability to analyze and interpret legal documents and draft amendments to legislation.
