Autotelic Consulting operates as the management company for one of the shareholders of a large group engaged in investments in various business areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment of the corporate culture of the company.

• Forecasting and assessing risks, providing recommendations for their minimization.

• Advising the shareholder and group on strategic issues.

Personal profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of corporate law

• Perfect knowledge of English

• Knowledge of Russian legislation and corporate law specifics

• Willingness to work as an advisor and strategist

• Interest in growing to the position of CEO
