Responsibilities:

• Efficient Document and Application Handling: Receive and process applications and documents from the MS&A prescreening team, ensuring timely and precise management based on project priorities.
• High-Quality Desktop Underwriting Reviews: Conduct detailed underwriting reviews of submitted documents and data, forming decision proposals for PF Certification approval.
• Leadership in Stakeholder Engagement: Plan, organize, and lead online meetings with PFs and relevant stakeholders to discuss desktop review outcomes.
• Comprehensive Post-Certification Monitoring: Perform thorough post-certification monitoring and remediation analysis for PFs, ensuring adherence to Visa Risk Programs.
• Timely Reporting and Remediation Tracking: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on application statuses and action plans to stakeholders.
• Commitment to Quality and Compliance: Maintain high standards in risk reviews and process compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and minimizing operational errors.

Candidate Profile:

• +1 Years of Experience: Proven experience in risk management or operations within a high-volume process management environment with established policies, controls, and SLAs.
• Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in handling large data sets.
• Document Review Experience: Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in reviewing extensive documents related to Payfacs in the pipeline.

Work Format:

• This position is a hybrid work model on a contract basis.
