What do we expect you to do?

• Development and implementation of insurance programs for the company and its employees.
• Risk assessment and analysis, preparation of proposals to improve insurance coverage.
• Interaction with partners and insurance companies to sеlесtoptimal insurance conditions.
• Control over the process of registration of insurance policies, settlement of losses and fulfillment of the terms of contracts.
• Advising employees and management on insurance issues.
• Analysis of the insurance market and identification of new opportunities to improve the insurance package.
• Preparation of reports on insurance claims and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

What will you bring along?

• Higher education in economics, finance or insurance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services, ability to work with contractual terms.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance and finance.
• Knowledge of English at the level of upper-intermediate
