Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vacancy of Reporting and Budgeting Supervisor.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare Quarterly and Annual IFRS Reports;
• Provide analysis of monthly financial results including the interpretation of current month performance information;
• Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues;
• Perform necessary financial analysis and valuation models to support new product developments and other projects;
• Continuous support of sales, marketing and operation functions in financial analysis aspects;
• Good knowledge of IFRS combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues;
• Assist with coordination and administration of the Company's annual audit and quarterly reviews;
• Assist in strategic business plan preparation;
• Assist in monthly reporting and analysis of budget execution;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance;
• At least 3 years of experience with international accounting company or relevant budgeting & reporting field or BIG 4 companies;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Good knowledge of IFRS combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity;
• Fluent English;
• Sophisticated knowledge of Excel analytical tools;
• Good communication skills;
