Responsibilities

  • Document flow. Receiving and distributing correspondence, compiling reports.
  • Coordinating the work of the company's driver, work with courier service.
  • Organization of business trips for the employees of the company.
  • Purchase of the stationery, water, tea, coffee and other office supplies.
  • Providing support to foreign employees (registration, visa application/extension, hotel booking, ticket booking).
  • Working with direct Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Higher Education.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to details, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
