Receptionist, Facilities&Operations Department

What we do

KPMG is a global network of professional services firms. Across 147 countries, 227 000 KPMG people provide Audit, Tax and Advisory services to a huge range of clients, from leading brands to public bodies, global multi-nationals and local businesses.

Responsibilities

Participation in the following assignments:

  • Front Desk Reception operation:
    • Booking conference rooms for meetings;
    • Greeting visitors;
    • Working with office equipment;
    • Working with phone calls;
    • Assisting in organizing internal meetings.
  • Preparation of various documentation, registration and filing
  • Maintaining various databases

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in linguistics or management)
  • At least 0,5 years of administrative support experience
  • At least upper-intermediate Kazakh, English and Russian in order to work with expatriates
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
