As a P&ED Specialist at Philip Morris Kazakhstan, your primary objective is to build brand awareness through developing and executing communication strategies across several channels.
Your day-to-day:
- HR records management: registration and execution of all necessary actions in relation to hiring, transfers and relocations, replacement of a temporarily absent employee, combining positions, salary changes, changes in working hours and dismissal of employees;
- Administration of benefits, allowances, awards and other payments to employees;
- Administration of overtime, vacations and absences;
- Provision of necessary administrative support to foreign employees, employees who have received short-term appointments in/outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as administration of relocation of employees to a new place of work in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Obtaining a work permit and a work visa for foreign workers in accordance with the requirements of local legislation;
- Preparation and provision of statistical reports provided for by law;
- Administration of payroll, benefits, allowances, awards and other payments;
- Conducting projects aimed at optimizing HR processes, as well as meeting the needs of clients (employees);
- Assistance in the administration of the daily issues of the HR department;
- Participation in the preparation of the annual budget of the department and its periodic revision.
What are we looking for:
- Higher education;
- Fluency in Kazakh and English languages;
- Total work experience in human resources management – 2 years;
- Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
